Working for equitable contracts and fair payment terms

Training

Many construction businesses enter into contracts without fully understanding the obligations of the contract or the possible detrimental financial implications that the agreement can impose.

To help businesses understand the complexity of contracts and to avoid contractual disputes, the Confederation of Construction Specialists has developed a variety of training courses that everyone who works with contracts should undertake.

Our experienced trainers offer years of accumulated knowledge and a thorough understanding of contract issues that enrich our courses and augment the learning experience.

Our courses

The Confederation’s unique contractual training programme focuses on the contractual administration issues affecting specialist companies. The programme of courses are an integrated set of quality intensive courses that provide clear practical information and guidance. Each course is offered as either a separate day course or as a programme of courses.

The failure of employees to administer or even properly understand the complexities of construction contracts has for for many years been the number 1 cause of disputes within UK Construction. These courses will improve your understanding and knowledge of construction contracts and will therefore save your company money and time.
