Working for equitable contracts and fair payment terms

In-house courses

In order to provide the best possible training solutions and provide an enhanced focus on the specific training needs of an organisation the Confederation offers its “In-house” training service.

Offering greater flexibility and held at the client’s premises, or a suitable alternative venue, this approach allows for the maximum focus to be provided on specific training requirements. It also offers the opportunity to reduce the impact of days out of the office, travel and accommodation costs.

We have recently held a number of bespoke courses for companies representing different sectors of the construction industry, and for construction associations.

Courses recently delivered:

  • Commercial Reality
  • Contracts Overview
  • Contracts and Client Relationship Workshop
  • JCT 2011 and the 2016 Changes
  • Contractual Awareness for Salespeople and Key Staff
  • Contractually Supervising and Managing Specialist Construction Work
