We’re more than a legal service provider. We’re an extension of your team, your trusted thinking partner and a right hand you can rely on. We’ll provide wise counsel, market insight and a genuine understanding of your business, to not only help you deal with the issue at hand, but to help you seize opportunities and plan ahead.

As a full-service firm, we support clients throughout the life cycle of their business – at every stage, from startup right through to multi-million-pound sales, and everything in between.

Whether you’re looking to bring a product to market, raise capital, lease premises, draw up employment contracts, protect your assets, incorporate your business or merge with others, we’ve got you covered. We’ll support you through tough times too, taking the weight off your shoulders during commercial disputes and contentious matters.

We’re also a longstanding provider of legal services to the health sector and we’re home to one of the legal world’s largest and most respected maritime and shipping practices.
